Terms governing the purchase of online courses on the VoxArt Academy platform, in accordance with French law.

Important: By purchasing a training course on our platform, you fully accept these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Subject & Scope

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "TOS") govern all contractual relationships between VoxArt Academy SAS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any adult natural person or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") making a purchase on the platform voxart-academy.com.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TOS, which prevail over any other document of the Client, unless previously agreed in writing by the Provider.

These TOS are governed by French law and are accessible at any time on the site. VoxArt Academy reserves the right to modify them at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Services Offered

VoxArt Academy offers the following online e-learning training services:

  • Online Course Modules: educational videos, PDF materials, practical exercises accessible online
  • Certificate Courses: structured programs with final evaluations and issuance of a certificate of completion
  • Individual Coaching Sessions: video conference sessions with an expert mentor (by booking)
  • Community Access: private forums, mutual aid groups, and recording feedback

Prices & Payment

Prices listed on the platform are expressed in dollars ($) including all taxes. VoxArt Academy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

  • One-time Payment: amount charged immediately upon order validation
  • 3x Installment Payment: available on selected courses (0% interest fee)
  • CPF Funding: certain courses are eligible for the French Personal Training Account (CPF) via Mon Compte Formation
  • Corporate Invoicing: corporate sponsorships are possible — contact us for a quote

Payments are securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 standard). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after each payment.

Your bank details are never stored on our servers. They are processed exclusively by Stripe in a certified, encrypted environment.

Order Process & Access

The order is validated after the following steps:

  • Select the course and click "Enroll"
  • Create or log in to your VoxArt Academy account
  • Enter and validate your payment details
  • Receive the confirmation email with your invoice

Access to educational content is opened immediately after payment confirmation, 24/7, from any connected device (computer, tablet, smartphone).

Access duration to modules is unlimited for courses purchased with lifetime access, or limited to the period specified on the course description page.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By clicking "Access Courses" after your payment, you expressly acknowledge having waived your right of withdrawal and accept that the supply of service begins immediately.

Exception – Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Although there is no legal obligation, VoxArt Academy is commercially committed to offering a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the content and are not satisfied. To request this, contact us at satisfaction@voxart-academy.com.

Client Obligations

By accessing our courses, the Client agrees to:

  • Use the contents exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not share login credentials with third parties
  • Not reproduce, download, distribute, or resell all or part of the educational content
  • Not bypass the technical protection measures in place (DRM, watermarking)
  • Respect rules of good conduct on community spaces (forums, comments)

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund, and legal proceedings for infringement or unfair competition.

Intellectual Property

All contents offered on the platform (videos, PDF guides, exercises, audio recordings, educational methods) are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to VoxArt Academy SAS or its partner authors who have assigned their rights.

The purchase of a training course grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use on the contents, solely for personal training. No transfer of intellectual property rights is included.

Liability

VoxArt Academy agrees to implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of its services, but cannot guarantee specific professional results, as these depend on the personal investment and individual circumstances of each learner.

  • VoxArt Academy cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or the Client's internet connection issues.
  • Our liability is in any event limited to the amount paid by the Client for the training course concerned.
  • We disclaim all liability for any indirect damages (loss of income, loss of opportunity) resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination & Suspension

VoxArt Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access of a Client in case of:

  • Non-payment or fraudulent payment
  • Violation of these TOS or the platform's terms of use
  • Abusive behavior toward the team or community
  • Attempt to bypass technical protection measures for content

In the event of termination for a legitimate reason attributable to the Client, no refund will be made. The Client will be notified by email with the reasons for the decision.

Disputes, Mediation, and Governing Law

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution within 30 days.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can use the consumer mediation service for free:

The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
